Tom Harding has spent over eleven years at Aldermore Group, building specialism in client management, commercial sales and strategy. After covering the South of England in client-facing roles within Aldermore’s motor finance business, he took up a newly created position to lead the Group’s ESG & Sustainability activities within the centralised Strategy team. Tom’s responsibilities include the creation, implementation and measurement of the Group’s ESG and sustainability plan including net zero, commercial alignment and annual reporting.

As a senior transformation leader, Gaurav Bansal specialises in delivering business and regulatory change programmes. Over the years, he has successfully led large-scale front-to-back programmes for Tier 1 banking and asset management organisations such as Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, Credit Suisse, UBS, NatWest and Deutsche Bank.
