Discover our range of new and prototype Kawasaki Carbon Neutrality models.

Joining the battery electric Z family machine destined to fulfill the needs of commuters in cities across Europe, Kawasaki unveils a Ninja style machine with the same dual battery motive power and a maximum capacity of 3.0 kWh. Both machines have been created to comply with the European A1 vehicle license regulations and will be on sale during 2023.

Highlighting Kawasaki research and development into other innovative vehicle types, Kawasaki introduces its first ever Hybrid motorcycle in prototype form. Able to switch between its internal combustion engine and electric motive power quickly and easily, the HEV machine is currently destined to be part of the 2024 product range.

that 100k views under 1 year clearly tells that nobody really cares about eletricity in the motorcycle market 😀 One of the key part of the joy is the sound and shifting ability, now its like riding an eletric scooter …

I'm really interested in one. I use my ER6N for commuting to work and back and it's fun on your B-Roads but it just feels to much for the everyday traffic. So havin an EV Bike to mavigate through the city without harassing the people around, because lets be hones a bike in 30KMH zone is astonishingly loud, but still be able to go all out on the Autobahn or on country roads.

Hmmmm Kwaka has a new emblem 🤔 I kind of like the idea of hybrid technology now because rather than it being like the (sorry to offend) crappy Prius style hybrid technology; they have progressed to a more powerful and 'synergistic' of combustion engine with electric axial flux motor assisting down in the low rpm to give an electric super charger like boost to the familiar combustion engine?
The hydrogen bike seems unnecessary bulky and has some crazy weird stuff going on with its "encapsulated"exhaust system? What's with that?
The fact that they STILL want us to use hydrogen fuel distributed by "petrol stations" and forcing the consumer to purchase from the "system" is completely flawed in my opinion? For that reason alone I'll boycott the use hydrogen combustion technology! Everyone knows that hydrogen can be produced from electrolysis of pure water (on demand use is totally safe) yet they want us to store "their" highly highly compressed to liquid and stored within compression cylinders and stored on the bike (absolutely the most dangerous way to consume hydrogen!) is potentially a recipe for catastrophe waiting to happen? High speed portable hydrogen bombs being ridden at high speeds (motorcycles are more prone to crashing – regardless of who's at fault rider or other drivers) or stopped and parked in close proximity to each other? Dafuq are these morons thinking? Oh that's right the petroleum industry has manufacturer's by the testicles and they dictate how users get to "fuel" their transportation? Not you! It's only our lives, other road users lives and pedestrians lives at stake…..
All good 👍 assists with the depopulation agenda at play by the same people 😏🙄

I care a lot on electric motorcycles and I am really awaiting the Ninja EV. I want to use it with a A1 licence as an upgrade to my car drivers licence. I hope that you think about the fast charging capability! This one makes the motorcycle really interesting in urban areas and for nice trips beyond. The battery capability than becomes secondary (when it is above 100km). More important is a light bike which can be handled good. If the bike has these properties, than soon or later, I will buy it. Please Kawasaki, do a good job! You can be an intelligent leader ! … And summer is now
    I hope 219kg vor 125cc is a bad joke

Does anyone actually care about “going green” not to mention the environment damage manufacturing these batteries would cause. Plus motorbikes have low carbon emissions anyway

Also these batteries are lithium and mining for lithium can disrupt wildlife habitats and cause soil erosion which would lead to long term ecological damage.

I don’t see this being the answer.
